The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame has announced its 2026 list of nominees, and it mixes pop, rap, metal, R&B and more

Phil Collins, Oasis, Pink and Shakira are among the stars who have been nominated for inclusion in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this year. The 17 artists who could be admitted to the prestigious US-based institution also range from Jeff Buckley and Lauryn Hill to Mariah Carey and Wu-Tang Clan.

Among the other acts on the ballot for the Class of 2026 are Lauryn Hill, Melissa Etheridge, New Edition and the late Jeff Buckley.

Billy Idol, Jeff Buckley, Sade, P!NK, Lauryn Hill, Oasis and Wu-Tang Clan are among the diverse batch of 17 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nominees announced today. Ten of this year’s hopefuls are on the ballot for the first time (nominees must have released their first commercial recordings at least 25 years prior).
